Vegetarian Flat Bread Pizza



 It's been awhile, I miss writing so much; with good cause though.  God grace is continuously blessing my life so with that out of the way...Time to EAT!!!   This took all of 15 minutes from start to finish and is a very healthy alternative to eating regular pizza.

Ingredients:
1- CanTomato Paste
1-Can Salt Free Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh Cut Spinach
McKormick  Fresh Picked Italian Herbs
1- Can Black Olives
Sea Salt
Whole Wheat Flat Bread
Grated Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1-Roma Tomato
 I didnt use all of these...only the paste and the small can of salt free sauce.  Still hoping to find canned tomatoes available in organic AND  salt free.
 


Mix tomato paste with tomato sauce adding 1tsp of Italian Herb Seasoning Blend and 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt.



 
 Pre- Heat oven at 400 degrees. Place Flat Bread on Aluminum Foil, layering with flat bread sauce, cheese, spinach, tomato, and black olives, lightly sprinkling Italian Herbs over the top.  Place flatbread in oven for 10-13 minutes until flat bread is browned and cheese is melted.

 
 
Slice and Serve!!
